The quality system certification ensures that the R&D and production work are operated according to the procedures, the work flow is smooth, and the product quality is guaranteed. In an effort to serve more industries, APRO will obtain quality system certification in more and more industries.
In order to meet the pursuit of quality first, a batch of professional testing equipment, such as thickness gauge, projector, digital hardness tester, moving die rheometer, tension tester, etc., are configured to strictly monitor the products and processes according to the quality planning stage, so as to ensure the stability, durability and adaptability to the environment of the products, and conform to the relevant international or national standards.
The goal of APRO is to achieve excellent product quality with high-tech and advanced technology. APRO has employed high-tech cold runner injection molding machine for production, applied full-automatic inspection machine to check products, cooperated with complete quality system and regular training to ensure the quality of your products.
APRO has introduced a large number of advanced production equipment at home and abroad, including more than 40 vertical/horizontal rubber injection machines, EDM, CNC machining centers and other manufacturing equipment, with specifications and models ranging from 150T to 500T. APRO has a set of advanced production management systems. Through the integration of relevant production resources, APRO realizes the integration of the whole production process, and ensures that the production and manufacturing of products are completed according to the intended targets.
